Operators

To be an Operator of any of the Aircraft platform being sold within India through LEOTAUR International, you will either have to buy the aircrafts from LEOTAUR or Lease the Aircraft from an authorized leasing company. There are few restrictions when it comes to the Aircraft/Rotorcraft operations and several of them vary based on the OEMs and their rules.

Some OEMs will allow only a single operator per sector. That way, as an Operator you stand to benefit tremendously as there won’t be any competition in that sector using the same platform/aircraft model or product line. There are other OEMs who are fine with multiple operators flying the same aircraft model in a sector and these OEMs encourage healthy competition.

Please do note: If you are a Govt. Fleet Operator or a Corporate Fleet Operator, a geographical sector based restrictions do not apply to you as long as the Aircraft is being operated within the country.
